Services are offered for the following programs:
Full Day Care -
Offers
developmental services to children 6 weeks to 5 years of age for working parents
requiring child care on a regularly scheduled basis.
Services for children 4 weeks of age is also available for sole and dual
military parents.
Hourly Care -
Meets the needs of parents requiring short-term care on an intermittent basis.
Pre-K Program -
The free Georgia State funded Pre-K Program offers developmental services 6 1/2
hours a day for those parents who would like their children to attain readiness
skills for school.
Wrap
Around Pre-K -
Offers a regularly scheduled program for the preschool aged child, providing
before/after school care.
Family
Child Care (FCC) -
Offers quarters-based care provided by authorized military
family members from housing located on the Installation.
The program also offers Family Child Care in Homes Off Post (FCCHOP)
provided by family members and civilians who have gone through state
certification procedures and FCC certification procedures.
The care provided is regulated by the U.S. Army and both the individual
and the home will be certified by CYS before children may be enrolled.
FCC provides a smaller family environment for full day, part day, hourly,
extended and long term care. FCC
can also address special needs children and newborn infants.
Any family member residing in quarters who provides child care to
unrelated children for more than 10 child care hours per week on a regular basis
must be certified. Unauthorized
child care in government housing may result in loss of government housing
privileges. For more information

Supplemental
Programs and Services (SPS) - Offers options which include babysitter referral
services, child care programs operated by private organizations, special
interest programs operated by Army activities, short-term alternative child care
for on-site functions and special events, and special needs child resources and
