Central Registration Procedures

Patrons interested in registering should call for an appointment. Walk-ins are accepted on Wednesdays for sole/dual military families and CYS updates only.

All Children must complete a registration packet before participating in any CYS program, and all immunizations must be up-to-date to register. Parents should obtain, complete and bring with them necessary forms and immunization records..
