Newman Fitness Center Group Fitness Classes
Looking for a group workout? Neman Fitness Center offers a variety of fitness classes from Step Aerobics and Pilates, to Zumba and Kick-Boxing. Here’s your chance to try something new each week. Aerobic Classes consist of Steps, Cardio Kick-Boxing, Body Sculpting and Abdominal training.
Aerobics will require a fee of $3 per class.
A $25 ten class pass is also be available for purchase.
We are proud to offer a variety of classes daily designed to fit your fitness needs. Our classes include the following:
Zumba - Latin inspired dance fitness workout that's easy to follow, fun to do, and will make you sweat!
Aqua Fitness-Aerobics using resistance from the water. Easy on the joints.
Busy Feet Workout - A fun step aerobics that is sure to get your heart rate up.
Basic Training Workout- Step, Body Bars, weights, and Ab exercises make up this intense class.
Steps Challenge/Awesome Abs-Step aerobics and abdominal toning workout.
Step Kicking-Incorporates Cardio Kick Boxing and steps.
Extreme Thursday-Kick boxing, Jump Rope, Body bars, and tubing
Personal Trainers are also on duty for Individual Training Programs.
